Custom monogram anyone? You can get it all at Love•n•Joy!

I'm a bridesmaid in a bunch of weddings this summer/fall and to help out, I'm putting my creative skillzzz to use (apart from the photography thing). Just wanted to share a monogram I designed, sketched then transferred into a smooth graphic element for programs, etc. I was thinking that if any of our brides are interested, I am definitely open to creating custom monograms for you! Tyler & Sharisse {engagement session} Denver Wedding Photographers

At last the rest (of our favorites) of Tyler and Sharisse. We love when couples are up for anything. Kissing in an elevator? Sure. Sitting on a dirty parking garage floor? Fine with them. They even suggested kissing as the the exercise enthusiasts ran by on the Millennium Bridge. Amazing. Their wedding is this August and we are SO excited to photograph it.

Angie & Brian {Denver Engagement Photography}

We got to spend a really enjoyable afternoon with another awesome couple last week. Every time we experience a session such as this one, we're reminded of how special our jobs are where we can bear witness to two people totally enthralled with each other, about to embark on the next step in their lives together. It's truly a remarkable thing to be invited into this occasion in someone's life and be responsible for documenting this bond through photographs. Thank you Angie & Brian for letting us be a part of it all! We are counting down the days until we're able to photograph your wedding (which is right around the corner)!

On a side note, we CANNOT get enough of photographing in Denver. Endless photo opps!

The 84 Year Old Bride... {Denver Wedding Photographers}

Children's Hospital Giddy Up Gala {Denver Event Photographers}

We were honored to be included as the official photographers for the Children's Hospital Giddy Up Gala last Saturday in Larkspur, CO. Thank you Jensen Sutta for inviting us to participate. Tess and I had a lot of fun, were made aware of the mission and influence of the Children's Hospital, got to meet a lot of incredible employees of the hospital, and hung out with some really brave kids battling some very adult diseases. Big thanks to Les Lee for being our wonderful escort during the event!

The Gala was held at one of the most beautiful venues we've ever seen, Crooked Willow Farms, and we can only hope to book a wedding there in the near future! Highlights of the evening were a silent auction and live auction, a smoke in the cigar room with the advice & company of Patrick Gallagher of Smoker Friendly, a whiskey and bourbon tasting room, and of course, dinner and dancing alongside an amazing live performance from Lee Ann Womack. Yes, she is even more beautiful in person and that girl can reeeally sing.

This is Christian (above). He's battling liver cancer and has undergone two liver transplants! His energy and zest for life was very inspiring to us. Such a big personality for a little person!

Tess reeeeally liked her shoes. At one point, Tess was filming a close up shot of Lee Ann Womack's shoes with the Flip video camera and Lee Ann said, "Ohhh! You like my shoes, huh??" hahaha. Let's get some shoesssssssssssss.

Okay...these two are so much fun to be around! We laughed the entire session and had a blast photographing them at Three Sister's Park in Evergreen. Macy & Ben, we cannot wait to capture your wedding this September!
