Happy Birthday to us!

Happy Birthday to Love n Joy, Happy Birthday to Love n Joy...
It's already been a year since we have started our little business. Time flies when you're having fun!!!

We can't express how grateful we are to our amazing families, friends, and clients. Without you we wouldn't be where we are today. And we are growing everyday both professionally and personally. We are still stunned that we've received such wonderful acceptance and feedback as we've offered our services to you all! Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Our number one priority has always been and will continue to be, providing our clients with generous attention and care, treating them with the utmost respect, and providing them with a service that cannot be matched. We strive to infuse our love and awe for the special bonds people find in one another into our work and are so proud that joy really resounds in our images. While our company name may sound cliche, when it comes down to it, that's what we are here to do. Capture the love and the joy in your lives through our artistic interpretation and technical skill. We do tend to become your friends along the way because it's hard to step into someones life for their most memorable events and not get too attached! :)

We decided that the best way to celebrate our first year in business was to do what we love...photographing YOU!

We decided to make it a little more interesting and make it a COMPETITION....

HAPPY HAPPYB HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO THE BEST PHOTOGRAPHERS IN DENVER :)

Me, my best friends from grad school, dressed in fun fall colors and fun textures like sweaters, wool hats, scarfs, blankets with grad school books scattered, us laughing about all of our amazing memories together, posing together walking through tall grass, us re-telling stories that we have experienced (you capturing us laughing at each other), us all holding coffee cups to symbolize the cafine that got us through grad school. Location: By the Plate River in Littleton(by grad school). This would be such a gift to us if we win this :)

OR!!

Me, the little kidos that I nanny for, at wash park playing on the equipment, feeding the ducks, running through the yard into my arms capturing the connection that we have built over the past 2 years together. They are VERY special kids to me and I know that I have greatly influenced helping them learn and grow through the years. Our laughter, fun, energy, and connection needs to be captured!

CONGRATS on your one year anniversary!!! I hope you ladies got each other some awesome gifts (I think year one anniversary=cotton?)

YEAH!!! I figured it out :)

Hmm well I would say that since fall is here and winter is fast approaching.. snowboard/related paraphanelia (did I spell that right?) bikinis (haha, jk) snow, ski lift, booze, friends/dogs/loved ones, snowman and general silliness...

If all else fails I'd love some glamour shots :P Napoleon Dynamite style! (you know, two toned back drop, multiple wardrobe changes, side pony, and a strategically placed mole)

Happy b-day to our favorite "shooters"! Okay, here's my suggestion for our first Mr. & Mrs. photo shoot. Library or book store, book stacks, books and magazines (some with funny/witty/ironic/thoughtful titles?), comfy reading chairs, coffee...fun! Hope you are both doing well. We're trying to convince some additional friends to get married so we can see you again. :-)

Happy Birthday! From what I've seen you do great work and I'd be honored to have you capture family pictures. So here it is... A ski lodge maybe in Steamboat or somewhere closer to Denver :). Sun shining, frost on the trees (I'm thinking Winter Wonderland.) It would be amazing if I could get some professional shots of my family and I hitting the slopes (bunny hills ;)). We'll be wearing snow gear; jackets and snow pants. Then heading back to the lodge sitting around the fireplace with hot cocoa laughing having a good time. We'll take off our snow gear with warm sweaters underneath, jeans/leggings, and slippers/uggs. Maybe, if it's possible to head to the hot springs for a few more pictures or a hot tub at the lodge, not really sure if this will fly with the family so if we run out of time that's okay ;). I would like to have my parents, sister, maybe her boyfriend, and my boyfriend all together just because we haven't had a family picture in over 10 YEARS! It's about time we do one! :) My mom always makes excuses but if we win this she has to do it!! I would also like maybe a few shots of just my boyfriend and I but if we run out of time or something no big deal. Thank you and even if I don't win I hope to book, maybe future engagement session with you ladies!! Fawnice Davis

Happy Birthday! I did my senior pictures with you about a year ago, and I was extremely satisfied! My family immediately signed up to do a family shoot right before Christmas, and everybody LOVES the pictures.

My dream shoot right now would be a very snowy, friendly scene. Me and my best friend Kayla would be ice skating on a frozen lake. There would be snow on the ground around us. We would wear similar, or patterns/colors that "flow" together, coats, hats, gloves, and scarves, and of course be wearing matching ice skates. The shots would be of us skating around together just laughing and having fun! There are so many possibilities with this shoot. In addition to simply skating around, we could have friends skating around us. They wouldn't be the primary focus, but they would add to the "friendship" ambiance. There can also be scenes with us sitting on the edge of the lake sipping hot cocoa, and scenes where we break out into a game of ice hockey! The possibilities are endless!
